Our process is grounded in industry best practices and customized to suit the unique nature of steel detailing and façade engineering services. Each project—regardless of size, client, or complexity—is guided through a refined workflow that ensures clarity, accuracy, and on-time completion.
We tailor our methodology to meet the technical and commercial requirements of each client while maintaining consistency across all service lines.
Once we receive a Request for Quote (RFQ) from a client, we initiate the pre-production cycle by requesting a complete set of inputs, including scope documents, drawings, and technical standards. File transfers are facilitated via our secure FTP or trusted third-party platforms.
Our technical team then conducts a detailed feasibility review to assess complexity, resource needs, and timeline. Based on the analysis, we propose the most suitable delivery model and provide a value-based quotation along with an estimated schedule. Upon approval, the client issues a Purchase Order (PO), and we assign a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the project.
All communications are handled via email, phone, or client-preferred platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
Each project is led by a Project Manager, who acts as the single point of contact for all updates, queries, and escalations. After the project kick-off, the manager organizes a team comprising Team Leads, Modelers, and Detailers based on project requirements.
We map dependencies, define internal milestones, and create a micro-level execution plan that aligns with the client’s schedule. The Project Lead is responsible for file sharing, RFI coordination, and internal team support. Weekly or bi-weekly reviews are conducted with clients, and regular progress reports or models are submitted based on client preferences.
All drawings, models, BOMs, and CNC outputs are reviewed before submission, ensuring consistency and compliance with standards.
At VEDAH, quality is non-negotiable. We have dedicated QA reviewers with hands-on expertise in structural steel and façade detailing. Every project undergoes a multi-tiered review process:
Self-check by the modeler/drafter
Peer review by another team member
Technical QC by the assigned QA specialist
Final review and approval by the Project Manager
This layered approach ensures accuracy in dimensions, material specifications, connection detailing, and output formatting. The Project Manager ensures that quality protocols are clearly understood, implemented, and followed by all team members throughout the project lifecycle.
